Should such a case arise we will apply self-restriction in favor of our existing client and we do not accept an assignment that would lead to such a situation.

As the first step when we accept an assignment from our existing or new client we examine every detail of the open position during a personal meeting and determine the necessary working methods to be able to successfully fulfill the position. The precise job description of the open position or positions is a key priority from a recruitment perspective so if it is necessary we can take over this task as well.
Every assignment is unique, but the whole process from the first meeting to the successful placement of the appropriate labor force will not take longer than 4-6 weeks.
